I have bought this item for over 20 years since we visited the island. It’s great for diaper rash burns and all. It’s a staple in our family everyone gets a new tube for Xmas to insure we are covered

I discovered this product while vacationing in Aruba. It is thick and the first ingredient is not water like other products. It smells fresh and feels good on the skin. I absolutely love this product. Now, if you order it online it might be out of stock so you have to go online daily to see if they have. It is not always in stock.

This works like no other lotion I’ve used, and Ive tried them all. The perfumey scent isnt my fave and sets off a pretty extreme allergy in my eyes, but it works so well I use it anyway! The dings on my elderly mom’s fragile hands/arms have cleared up in weeks. Wish it wasn’t always out of stock or there was an email notification list when a desired product becomes available.

This cream works really nicely to soften my extremely dry skin. However, I really don't like the smell - smells kind of like perfume mixed with ammonia - but maybe that's just my sensitive nose! Anyway, I'll keep using it because my hands need it. ;)

Both my wife and I use the product and well worth the price.
