AA Sunscreen Mineral WR SPF 50+6oz Tube
I tried a couple of other mineral sunscreens & this one spread the easiest and I felt didn’t dry your skin as much. In the water starts to run a bit but overall I liked it. Smells nice too.
This mineral sunscreen is great! Provides thorough coverage, lasts long, sweat and water proof, and I can use it on my face without having a reaction.
Like most liquid mineral sunscreens, make sure you shake the bottle, and apply thin layers at a time. I'm used to using mineral sunscreen with a high amount zinc oxide, but this one applies much more easily than the other brands
I am so disappointed in the new suntan products. I have been buying Aruba Aloe suntan lotions for over 15 years and always loved them. Sadly, the new product is not nearly as good. As others have stated, the absorption is a problem. I am also not happy with the sizes of the products. The prices are high for the amount of product you actually get. The bottles were larger, had more product and you got more for your money.
I have been using the regular formula of Aruba ALoe for years. I thought I'd try the mineral version this time. I was very unhappy with the formula. First, the lotion seemed to have separated a bit when I opened it up. It was watery and then it squeezed out in its heavier form. When I applied it, it was difficult to rub in. It also left a pale white sheen on my skin. It blocked sun effectively, but I did not like the formula due to the separation of ingredients and its poor absorption. I will go back to the original formula, which absorbs easily and ldoes not leave a white pasty appearance to your skin.
