Great scent but oddly grainy

I Was super excited at first but quickly disappointed because it has a very odd texture to it. It’s grainy, almost sand like? Thought maybe it was an exfoliating balm but the description says smooth… the mint is nice and perfect strength just can’t get past the texture and end up wiping it off :( I’ll stick to the spf chapstick
