Shipping
All domestic and International retail orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS Ground or USPS Priority. All International orders are shipped via DHL. All import tax and duties resulting from international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. At this time arubaaloe.com is not able to compute this cost in advance. We apologize for this inconvenience.

How long will it take to ship?
Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Please allow a maximum of 3 days for your order to process. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. NOTE: International order may take up to two weeks for delivery depending upon country of delivery (i.e., customs processing).

Returns & Refunds
Aruba Aloe will gladly accept returns on arubaaloe.com orders within 14 days. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any item in your order from www.arubaaloe.com.

Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the USPS for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Aruba Aloe is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and arubaaloe.com order number.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used to process the order. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

We only accept returns for items purchased through www.arubaaloe.com. If you purchased an Aruba Aloe item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

Placing an Order

How do I order online?
1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity, choose “add to cart.”

2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping cart, where you can click on “continue shopping” or “checkout.”

3. When you press “check out” simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press “submit order”.

4. We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order.

What credit cards do you accept?
Aruba Aloe accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. You can also checkout using your Amazon account and Paypal account. Please note we do not accept checks or money orders.

The product I want is out of stock, what happens now?
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. Currently, we do not offer “back orders” for products that are not available at the time your order is placed.

I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?
Please send an email to customerservice@arubaaloe.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

How much is the sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have either a physical or economic nexus.

Currently, sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to the following states:

Florida, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Nevada – We have a physical nexus in these states because our products are stored in fulfillment centers operated by our logistics partner, Shiphero.

New Jersey – We have an economic nexus in this state, as our sales have exceeded the threshold set by local tax regulations.

Sales tax will be calculated based on the shipping address of your order and will be shown during the checkout process. We use Avalara tax software to ensure compliance with all applicable state and local tax laws.

For all other U.S. states, sales tax will not be charged unless or until we establish a nexus there.
