Products: GREAT .... Fulfillment: meh

Ordered several in-stock items on Nov 30. They weren’t shipped until Dec 7. Arrived on Dec 12.

In other words, it took 3 days longer to pull the items from the shelf and put them in a box than it took DHL to deliver them cross-country.

This is not an isolated instance: we have ordered from Aruba Aloe before, and our recent experience is pretty much the norm. Whomever works in AA’s warehouse needs to step up the pace a bit!
