Size:

Alhydran ensures optimal, long-lasting hydration and prevents moisture loss. It has been used for years for the aftercare of the most vulnerable skin, such as scars and burn wounds. Apply the cream immediately after skin-closure, and you will soon notice a difference. It is hypoallergenic and contains no parabens or fragrances. Suitable for all skin types and suitable for children.


PLEASE NOTE: The name of the product has been changed to Alhydran Care. It is the same formula that you know, love and trust in different packaging.

Apply a thin, even layer of cream. Use it 3 times a day (and when skin complaints increase). ALHYDRAN may be used without limitation (for years, if required).

I never received package. It was returned by shipped to Aruba Aloe. I received credit. I just purchased had it sent to a different address. It’s been charged I have not received confirmation it was shipped yet. Very disappointed in Aruba Aloe shipping. I never ever had a problem in the past.

I discovered this product on a tour of the Aruba Aloe factory in 2023.

I’ve long had dry skin/eczema issues. Particularly on my hands and fingers. It gets exacerbated because I play a lot of golf.

Previously, I used prescription medication, which would work for a short time.

Alhydran has completely cleared it up. I use it every day. It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth the cost to me.

Magic cream

I am so upset!! I can’t reach customer service for help!
I have purchased Alhdyran multiple times before. I was excited for the sale price! You get what you pay for!
It has a bad smell, and I can’t reach customer service for assistance!

This is my second tube. This cream is a miracle. I ise it on my acne scars, knee replacement scar and spinal surgery scar. I live how it makes my skin feel. I wish it wasn’t so exspensive however it is worth every dime.

I purchased the Alhydran Care Cream after learning that this product was good on scars, and reading some of the reviews confirming this. I have been applying Alhydran to my hip replacement scar twice a day, for about two weeks now and have already noticed the scar looking much better and fading away a bit. Great product!!!
