Blended with a high concentration of Pure Aloe Vera from Aruba, Coconut and Jojoba Oils for optimal conditioning of affected areas. This bestselling cream was originally called Burn Balm.

Ultimate lotion

I bought this while in Aruba at the factory. I am so grateful they have a distribution center in Pittsburgh because I will never use another product! This is the first winter my skin is moisturized with no cracking or ashy look.
It is very thick so I mix a small bit of the Aloe with vitamin E which makes it easier to rub in with an extra boost of aloe as a benefit! Expensive, but worth it!!!!
